FIREFLY got its start as a food truck, which we continue to operate in Arizona, December through March, in the Fountain Hills/East Scottsdale area. We love our Arizona customers, and it's their support that have made this business so enjoyable! We serve our same Neapolitan-style pizza with our quality organic and local ingredients in our mobile, authentic and entirely, wood-fired oven.

An artisanal, street-food experience with an Italian twist....

Specialty pizzas added to our menu each week!

We are planning on being back at Bone Haus Brewing, Thursdays & Fridays, beginning in December, 2024!
